Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) standards

We strictly prohibit any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) conduct, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and the promotion, facilitation, or solicitation of such content or conduct.

This prohibition applies to all content, messages, and behaviour within the service, without exception.

• Using RealCoFamily requires being at least 18 years old and legally able to contract.
• Access and registration by minors is not allowed.
• We apply identity and age verification, and may request an official document or a selfie when needed to confirm adulthood.

We comply with applicable laws on child protection and against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Where the law requires it, we report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities and authorised organisations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant law enforcement body, and retain the associated information as required by regulation.

• Inside the app you can report any profile, message, or content using the report and block feature available on every profile and conversation.
• You can also email info@realcofamily.com at any time with "CSAE" in the subject line.
• We review reports as a priority, remove the content, suspend the accounts involved, and notify the authorities where appropriate.
• If you believe a child is in immediate danger, also contact your local emergency services.
